Returns & exchange

Please check your order at the door. Returns are guaranteed only before the carrier leaves your doorstep — inspect your items on delivery, and if something is wrong, hand it straight back to the courier.

Once the courier has left, any concern about a product will be reviewed and determined on a case-by-case basis after inspection. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened skincare and cosmetics cannot be returned unless faulty.
